The Parakeet Suite is situated on the ground floor of the house, to the side and rear of the property.  Bright and spacious with stunning Views overlooking the Cornish countryside.

The entrance brings you into the 1st bedroom, Single bed and double sofa bed allow upto 3 people to sleep in this room. The room leads into the 2nd bedroom, equipped with a super king bed and single bed, again will sleep a further 3 people. Adjoining this 2nd bedroom is an en-suite bathroom, with a shower over the bath.

This suite would suit a larger family, or group of up to 6 people.

These rooms are also dog friendly, however we do ask for them not to sleep on the beds, and to make use of the front garden dog waste bins.

A surcharge of £15 per dog (2 medium sized dogs max) (waterbowl/blanket/towel/cleaning supplies provided)

The rooms are fitted with Smart TV's , that includes use of Netflix for that home from home feel.

Make use of our super Fast free WI-FI at our desk area.

We provide a welcome pack including hot drinks and snacks. We aim to cater for all needs including Vegan, gluten free/dairy free. Just let us know when booking if you have any special requirements.

Access to the property is via keycode entry allowing personal check in after 2pm. Checkout is by 10am. All rooms are thoroughly cleaned to new covid 19 guidelines. please adhere to safety notices around the property to ensure a safe stay.
